Where Donations Go
Where does my donation go?
Rapha House management is totally committed to fiscal responsibility. We are 100% reliant on the donations of generous supporters who are equally dedicated to rescuing and supporting victims of trafficking.
Most of our US Executive Staff volunteer their time, talent and resources to ensure that the funds we receive can be used wisely to free and support as many trafficked children as possible.
Examples of how donated funds are used
- Rescue and recovery of victims
- Security personnel and security equipment to protect the girls
- Shelter facilities and maintenance
- Provide quality nutrition, clean bedding, showers
- Personal care, hygiene items and clothing
- Clean water and sanitation
- Legal assistance to support the girl in her court case
- Family intervention and family assistance
- Counseling, mental health assistance and development of “life plan”
- In-house education and basic training to prepare for public school
- Public or private education, books, uniforms and school supplies
- Staff, counselors, administrative staff, cooks, instructors, etc.
- Transportation
- Freedom Centers to provide vocational training
- Transitional living
- Equipment and supplies for vocational training, for instance sewing machines, fabric, etc.
- Agricultural equipment and supplies for training programs and mushroom growing
