Thank you for your interest in Rapha House. As a visitor you can browse our website without providing any personal information.
Rapha House wants to get to know our followers and supporters. However, we only want to collect information that you want to provide to us. We never sell your name to outside interests or third parties. We appreciate your loyalty to our organization and value your involvement.
Individuals who give by credit card, purchase our products, sign up for our newsletters, or provide their contact information for any reason are added to our postal and email distribution list and may be sent periodic updates about the work of Rapha House.
Rapha House provides both "opt in" and "opt out" options for our email lists. You may "opt out" should you decide to no longer receive correspondence from us.

TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to the United States of America and subject to any conditions set forth by the selected carrier. Rapha House transfers liability at time of carrier pick up. In order to contract with Rapha House, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Rapha House retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
RETURNS /EXCHANGES
If any items do not meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange the item for you. Due to our status as a non-profit organization, we are unable to provide refunds for Rapha House merchandise. Rapha House reserves the right to refuse any exchanges that fail to meet the following conditions: Any unused, new item can be exchanged. The item may not have been worn, washed, stained, or altered in any way. In the event of returning for a different size, original package may be returned opened.
SUBMISSION OF MATERIAL
By submitting any material to us, you automatically assume all liability until notified by Rapha House. Rapha House is not responsible for any cost or liability associated with the return. By submitting any return to us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, SOFTWARE AND CONTENT
The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this website remains the property of Rapha House or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. Rapha House and its licensors reserve all such rights. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.
