Vocational Training
Girls who come to Rapha House have been cheated out of their childhoods. We cannot restore the youth-filled life, joy and dreams, but we can help with a promising and productive future where they can shape new hopes and dreams. You can help restore some of what they’ve lost by supporting our vocational training program.
Learning marketable skills means that the girls who graduate from our program will be equipped for independent living. They will have a way to provide for themselves and, in many cases, contribute to their families. They will have a way to remain free.
Our intensive vocational training program includes equipping girls in some of the following businesses or skills:
- Sewing/tailoring
- Cosmetology
- Wedding boutique
- Agriculture
- Jewelry making
- Silk weaving
- Retail
- And more
Your support helps us operate our own in-house training programs, as well as providing opportunities for girls to learn off-site at schools and from on-the-job training.

Partnership Opportunities
Make a difference for generations to come. Rapha House seeks to partner with universities, corporations and those who are able to help develop businesses and vocational training curricula that will create employment opportunities for the reintegrated girls and vulnerable persons.
From small-scale retail programs to large-scale manufacturing, we are seeking partners to expand the scope of business opportunities for the girls and their families.
There are two educations. One should teach us how to make a living and the other how to live.
